It’s OK to change your mind. We value your decision, and that’s why we have a NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY.
Your Refund will be processed immediately once the mattress is picked up. Trust us, your Return and Refund is as hassle- free, just like the rest of our processes.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Call or Whatsapp the EuroDreams Support Team on +91-8448795910 or email at [email protected] to raise your return request.
2. Fill in a simple Eurodreams Order Return Form.
3. Your return request will be validated and accepted within 24 hrs.
4. You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
5. Next, we will be sending you a package with packing material and return documents. This includes:
Zipper Cover – A protective zipper cover to pack the mattress, This will ensure that the return reaches us undamaged
Waybill – Waybill copies which contain FROM (Your) and TO (Our) address.
Invoice Copy – A physical Invoice copy of your Order.
6. Once you receive the packing material, please pack your mattress and stick the Waybill on the zipper cover.
7. Hand over the Invoice and other documents to our courier partner.
8. Once your return is picked up, we will immediately process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
